Last updated: May 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, accessing, or using MoodLens ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use MoodLens for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts, Login Methods & Security

You may access MoodLens using email/password or supported third-party login methods such as Google, Microsoft, and GitHub. If you use a third-party provider, you authorize us to receive the basic account information needed to authenticate you and link your MoodLens account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login method and account and for all activity that occurs under it. MoodLens is not intended for children under 16 or anyone below the age required to use online services in their location.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use MoodLens to

Organize work, collaborate, use supported AI features, authenticate into the product, and connect approved third-party services in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, your workspace permissions, and the rights of other people in the workspace.

You may not use MoodLens to

Abuse the service, interfere with other users, bypass security controls, violate laws or third-party rights, or upload harmful, unlawful, or malicious content. You may not use MoodLens to send spam, harvest data, run unauthorized security tests, misuse API keys or workspace secrets, generate illegal or deceptive content, process data you have no right to process, or make regulated, employment, credit, housing, medical, legal, safety, or similarly sensitive decisions without appropriate human review.

Uploaded files & media

You are responsible for images, audio, video, documents, archives, and other files you upload, record, import, analyze, or share. Do not upload media or files unless you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents, including from people who appear or can be heard in the content where required. You may not upload illegal content, malware, non-consensual intimate media, exploitative or sexual content involving minors, or material that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other third-party rights. MoodLens may enforce file type and size limits, reject uploads, block downloads, remove content, or disable access where content appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or operationally risky.

Public sharing, embeds & links

If you publish a document, share an artifact, add an external embed, or place a public file URL in content, people with the link may access the linked content and media. You are responsible for checking that shared materials do not expose private, regulated, confidential, or third-party content without authorization.

4. Artificial Intelligence (Moody AI)

Accuracy & judgment

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your use case. Do not rely on Moody AI as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

Responsible use

You agree not to use MoodLens AI features to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content or actions.

AI employees & automations

AI employees, Team Discussions, automations, MCP clients, and connected tools may suggest, draft, create, update, or trigger work within the permissions you or your workspace admins configure. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approving real-world or external actions.

Sensitive inputs

Do not submit personal data, confidential information, regulated data, or third-party content to AI or integrations unless you have the right to do so and the feature is appropriate for that information.

AI processing of uploads

By using AI features with files or media, you authorize MoodLens and its providers to read, parse, convert, transcribe, summarize, and process that content as needed for the requested output, including conversation history where the feature uses prior context.

Recordings & summaries

You are responsible for notices and consents required before recording, screen sharing, capturing camera or microphone content, transcribing calls, creating clips, or generating and sending meeting summaries or PDFs.

5. Third-Party Logins, Integrations & Services

MoodLens may interoperate with third-party identity providers and external services, including Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Stripe, calling/media providers, AI providers, messaging platforms, import sources, webhooks, developer apps, browser extension workflows, MCP clients, and connected integrations. Messaging integrations may receive or send messages, voice notes, media, files, and transcripts you route through them. External file or embed URLs you place in docs may load from third-party services. Your use of those external services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, scopes, permissions, and availability. You are responsible for choosing what to connect, keeping tokens and secrets secure, and disconnecting services you no longer want to use. We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services or for provider-side account actions, outages, data handling, pricing, or policy changes.

6. Workspaces, Admins & Shared Content

Shared workspace content may be visible to workspace owners, admins, members, invited users, AI employees, and connected tools according to the permissions configured in that workspace. You should only upload or share content that you are allowed to make available to those people and tools.

Workspace owners and admins may manage members, roles, billing, integrations, audit records, automations, workspace secrets, and other operational settings. Removing a user from a workspace may not automatically delete content that user already contributed to shared workspace records.

Published docs, shared artifacts, and public links may make included content and referenced media available to anyone with the link until unpublished or disabled. Deleting a shared item may not automatically delete every underlying uploaded file, generated PDF, transcript, cached AI result, backup, external copy, or message sent through a connected platform.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

MoodLens may offer paid plans, credits, add-ons, or other paid services from time to time. If a paid offering is presented to you, the applicable price, billing cadence, usage limits, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown in the product or at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled unless the checkout flow or written agreement says otherwise.

One-time AI credit packs and custom top-ups are not subscriptions. Purchased credits have no cash value, are not transferable, may not be resold, and are consumed by eligible AI usage according to the credit rules shown in the product. Unless the product states otherwise, purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.

Stripe or another payment processor may handle checkout, customer portal, card details, invoices, taxes, payment failures, and refunds. We may change prices, features, limits, or plan names prospectively. Any refund rights, cancellation terms, or credit rules will be governed by the purchase flow, applicable law, or any separate written agreement that applies. For payment, invoice, billing, checkout, or payment processor questions, email payment@moodlens-ai.com.

8. Intellectual Property & License

Your data: You retain ownership of the content you create and store in MoodLens, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, transform, and share it with connected providers as needed to operate the service and features you use.

AI output: As between you and MoodLens, you may use AI outputs generated for you to the extent permitted by law and third-party provider terms. AI output may not be unique, may be inaccurate, and may require your review before use.

Our service: The MoodLens software, branding, UI, and related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security risk, or if continued access would expose us, other users, or the platform to harm or legal risk. After termination or account deletion, we may retain limited records where required for security, backups, billing, legal compliance, disputes, or enforcement. To request account deletion, email account-deletion@moodlens-ai.com from the email address used for your MoodLens account when possible.

10. Copyright Complaints

MoodLens respects intellectual property rights. We may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe copyright or other rights, and we may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who misuse the service for infringing activity.

Copyright complaints may be sent to support@moodlens-ai.com. To help us review a complaint, include the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and where it appears in MoodLens, your contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement made under penalty of perjury where applicable, and your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with enough information for us to identify the removed material, your contact details, the required consent and good-faith statements, and your physical or electronic signature.

If MoodLens later needs U.S. DMCA safe-harbor coverage for user-uploaded content, we may publish registered agent details separately after completing the required Copyright Office process.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity. If you use MoodLens on behalf of a business or organization, you are responsible for claims arising from your content, users, integrations, workspace secrets, or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes, Governing Law & Consumer Rights

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the last-updated date when we do. Unless a separate written agreement or mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location.
