MoodLens currently offers Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise tiers, plus one-time AI credit packs. Pricing is currently presented around monthly AI credits, daily call limits, and workspace capacity.
Subscriptions and upgrades are managed in the app under Settings -> Billing.
Free
Start simple
Core task management with 30 monthly AI employee credits. Your personal workspace is included automatically, and you can still create one shared workspace you own with up to 2 AI employees total.
Plus
For daily use
The practical paid tier: 300 monthly AI employee credits, docs AI access, more shared workspace capacity, up to 10 AI employees total, and enough automation headroom for real use.
Pro
For teams
1,200 AI credits/month, 10 calls/day, 20 AI employees total, 20 workspaces, 100 boards & sprints, 50 automations, plus Pro-only team discussions and the full automation template set.
Enterprise
Custom
For larger organizations that need custom limits, rollout planning, security discussions, and a tailored operating setup.
One-time credits for usage bursts
Credit packs are useful when the team needs more chat, review, or automation volume without moving to the next subscription tier. Use fixed packs for simple bursts or a custom top-up for any self-serve amount from $1 to $1,000.
What changes with each plan
Monthly AI credits, Moody calls, and AI employee calls increase by tier.
Boards, sprints, shared workspaces, and automations expand as the plan moves up.
Docs AI tools start on Plus, while Team Discussions start on Pro.
If a subscription is past_due or canceled, the effective backend plan falls back to Free.

Monthly AI credits first, credit packs second
If you are under the monthly plan allowance, the request succeeds normally. Once the monthly AI credit allowance is exceeded, MoodLens can spend stored AI credits before blocking the action.
Credit costs depend on the operation
Regular AI chat costs 1 credit, document review costs 3 credits, and artifact generation costs 8 credits. Team Discussions currently cost 1 credit per employee in the discussion.
Billing is managed in the product
Subscriptions, annual billing, credit packs, custom top-ups, and billing management live in Settings -> Billing. Manage Billing appears when a Stripe customer record exists.
